W mi\u0119dzyczasie przesta\u0142o pada\u0107 i dotarli\u015bmy na night market Ningxia niedaleko naszego hotelu. Pomimo autentycznego, ulicznego charakteru, byli\u015bmy zaskoczeni poziomem higieny tego miejsca. Wszystko na bie\u017c\u0105co sprz\u0105tane, dezynfekowane, brak rozrzuconych \u015bmieci dooko\u0142a &#8211; brawo! Jak na zaprezentowanych zdj\u0119ciach wida\u0107 wyb\u00f3r by\u0142 spory, my skusili\u015bmy si\u0119 mi\u0119dzy innymi na piero\u017cki z wieprzowin\u0105 na parze, ziemniaczane sma\u017cone kulki oraz oczywi\u015bcie s\u0142ynne tajwa\u0144skie stinky tofu. Ju\u017c z dala od stoiska czu\u0107 by\u0142o jego baardzo specyficzny aromat. Pr\u00f3bowane przez nas w wersji deep-fried w smaku by\u0142o jednak znacznie mniej intensywne ni\u017c sugerowa\u0142by zapach.<br>Ci\u0119\u017cko te\u017c okre\u015bli\u0107 dok\u0142adnie smak,
